Ray has extensive experience across residential development, construction management and consultancy environments. His background includes working with developers, contractors and professional teams on a range of residential, commercial, and mixed-use schemes.
Ray’s work focuses on maintaining structured oversight of project delivery, commercial awareness and coordination between stakeholders throughout the construction process.

Ray has over five decades of experience across sectors, structuring successful joint ventures and leading investment-driven residential developments.
Ray’s experience of MMC adoption and successful implementation pre-dates MMC as we know it today, most notable being the responsibility for the delivery of four system-built hospitals in Algeria in the 1980’s.
Prior to Callidas Ray was Construction Director for Essential Living, which followed senior management roles in JV construction management partnerships with Heery International and Mace.
